By using Zayr Apparel or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products And Orders
Product images, colors, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, or production differences. All orders are subject to confirmation, inventory availability, and delivery coverage within Pakistan.
Pricing And Errors
We strive to keep product information accurate, but pricing errors, stock miscalculations, or website downtime may occur. Zayr Apparel reserves the right to correct errors, reject or cancel an affected order, update prices, or contact you for confirmation before processing an order.
Payment And Delivery (COD)
Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). Zayr Apparel reserves the right to cancel any COD order if the customer fails to verify their address via WhatsApp/Phone, or if the customer has a history of refusing delivery at the doorstep. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, or public holidays.
Intellectual Property
All custom graphics, apparel designs, product names, photography, branding, website content, and logos belong exclusively to Zayr Apparel. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use them commercially without written permission. Zayr Apparel actively monitors the market for counterfeit reproduction of our original artwork.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zayr Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, order delays, unavailable products, technical issues, or reliance on website content.
Changes
We may update these terms when store operations, legal requirements, payment integrations, or website features change. Continued use of Zayr Apparel after changes means you accept the updated terms.
